For time sensitive shipments, All American Worldwide, Inc can provide direct service at a competitive price within the specified time constraints. OCEAN FREIGHT:

  1. Negotiates the rate for the movement of the cargo.

  2. Books necessary freight space.

  3. Arranges for necessary equipment / steamship owned containers or crating services.

  4. Prepares and executes the necessary dock receipts or delivery orders to move the cargo to the port of exit.

  5. Coordinates and oversees the movement and transportation of the cargo to shipside at the port of exit..

  6. Prepares and executes all necessary export declarations and onion skin master bills of lading.

  7. Prepares and processes all consular documents and shipping documents pertinent to the shipment or letter of credit.

  8. Confirms shipment is laden on board.

  9. Prepays and arranges payment of the ocean freight charges and port handling fees.

  10. Traces shipment to arrival destination.
